Blue Nude

"Blue Nude" starts with applying paint  and spreading with palette knife, and scraper.  Leaving the transparent layer, I apply the paint on the brush, creating opaque organic shapes around the female seated nude, leaving the layer underneath creating a dimension that suggests the illusion of three dimensions. - Carole Guthrie
